Jeff offers 18 years experience doing business-sales, marketing, local hiring, local production and distribution-in Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union. Recent projects include a major contract with Motorola Cellular Infrastructure Group to penetrate and sell equipment, hire locals in Russia and Central Asia. His software outsourcing feasibility study for Nortel in 1995 led to ongoing jobs of JS Telecom in the Czech Republic. He is author of numerous publications on doing business in Eastern Europe, and is fluent in German and Russian.
